Shipping policy

Holiday Glow Up offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC). No minimum order is required.

Where we ship

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military mail destinations, and international addresses are not included in our current delivery area.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partners before being handed to a carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time. Timing varies by item, availability, fulfillment location, and destination. A delivery date is not guaranteed unless expressly stated for your order.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages at no additional standard shipping charge.

Delays and missing orders

If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order—or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated—we will notify you and give you the choice of agreeing to a delay or canceling the unshipped items for a refund. Contact us if tracking stops updating or an order appears lost or damaged; we will investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.

Address changes

Review your delivery address before payment. Contact us as soon as possible to request a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
