Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from and use of the Holiday Glow Up storefront, hosted by Shopify.

Products and compatibility

Review the selected variant, contents, phone model, connector, plug type, and compatibility information before ordering. Product images may show multiple views, color choices, or example kit configurations. Only the items included in your selected option are supplied. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing an option.

Prices and checkout

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Free standard shipping applies to orders within our current contiguous-US delivery area. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future orders. If we discover a material pricing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected items.

Bundle promotions

Add the Ultra-Thin Magnetic Power Bank and eligible add-ons to the same cart to qualify for the advertised bundle savings. Current offers save $5 per eligible add-on, up to two add-ons per power bank. The discount applies automatically at checkout. Review your order total before payment. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for returned items after discounts.

Order information

Provide accurate contact and delivery information so your order can be processed and delivered. An order confirmation records receipt of your order; delivery and cancellation details are governed by our shipping and refund policies.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy (https://holidayglowup.us/policies/shipping-policy) and refund policy (https://holidayglowup.us/policies/refund-policy) explain delivery coverage, delay handling, return eligibility, and refunds.

Product use

Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Use compatible charging equipment and power sources. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or operates abnormally, and contact us for assistance.

Privacy and website use

Our privacy policy (https://holidayglowup.us/policies/privacy-policy) describes how personal information is handled. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or malicious content.

Changes and contact

Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights that applied when you placed an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions or order support, use our contact form (https://holidayglowup.us/pages/contact).
